    Description

      WC-NG is the rewrite of the working copy library currently underway.  See the
issue's link for the design document.

This issue is a meta-issue to track the other issues which can hopefully be
solved as part of this rewrite.  They may either be solved directly, or wc-ng
enables further work on them.

(Adding gstein to CC, since he's working on wc-ng, too.)
