[SVN-3053] Issues with working copy on Linux Samba share

Description

Imossible to apply svn operations (update, commit, etc) on a working copy lying
on a Samba share.

I'm not sure about the subcomponent I chose.

Example when trying to add or update a (not empty) file:
$ svn add file.txt
svn: Can't move '.svn/tmp/entries' to '.svn/entries': Permission denied
