Description

When released via Apache, the build process needs to be adapted. E.g. how JavaDoc is generated, where it is placed, how artifacts are signed, etc. The UIMA master POM may provide some convenience. The uimaFIT parent POM currently has some convenience for the old build process that might need to be updated/removed.
