Description

Given how the UIMA parent POM sets up the build process, there is no way to resist the "UIMA-style" of having different structures for project inheritance and aggregation.

Root-level POM should be aggregator and dist builds (containing dependencies on all modules).

General configuration should be moved to "uimafit-parent" module from which all other modules inherit.
