    Description

      Using FINERACT-961, I'm doing a "bulk" upgrade of our 3rd-party libraries.

      The approach I've used was to simply raise PRs for every proposal from Dependabot.

      We'll review and merge those that are green. I'll close those that are red - and create linked issues.
