Note that package names have changed and will need to be bulk replaced.

Note that ical4j:1.0.7 depended on commons-lang:2.6, which was in mixed use in Fineract, but with FINERACT-954 isn't anymore (or shouldn't be; replace any occurrences that crept back in when working on this).
