Description

We apparently currently have both on the classpath, but really nowadays
should have, and can, only use lang3 with this minor clean up.

commons-lang:2.6 comes transitively from org.mnode.ical4j:ical4j:1.0.7, which I'm hoping can be upgraded in FINERACT-953.
