Client Java SDK date types are inconsistent (LocalDate VS String)

    Description

      It's not very consistent that e.g. PostOfficesRequest has a LocalDate openingDate but PostClientsRequest has a String activationDate.

      FINERACT-1217 would probably fix this as well, but just manually fixing up all those Swagger classes is probably easier.
