Description

In order to use our brand new "Fineract Client Java SDK API" emerging from https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1428/ for FINERACT-1216 on https://localhost:8443 for FINERACT-1209, it would have to support an (optional!) "insecure" mode - a bit like in https://github.com/apache/fineract/pull/1414 does for FINERACT-1211...
