I cannot export as Daisy.
I get a fatal error and the program stop. See the attachment.

The error message in the screenshot shows that this is a duplicate to bug 122988: The Daisy extension must be recompiled with the AOO>=4.0.0 SDK to work with AOO>=4.0.0. This is being tracked in http://sourceforge.net/p/odt2daisy/bugs/11/
