Best for top secret world formula ;-)

I can see the effect with "AOO 4.0.1 Release – German UI / German locale [AOO401m5(Build:9714) - Rev. 1524958 2013-09-20 11:40:29]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", “historic” 4.0 User Profile used for all predecessor versions	, but why do you think it's a bug? If I have an animation wiping out the text (for example) the text will become invisible, but that's not a bug.

@Edwin
Why do you think that that is a bug?
Comment 4 Edwin Sharp 2014-03-26 14:58:45 UTC
Effect is "Teeter" not "Vanish"...
Comment 5 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-03-26 15:27:50 UTC
"Issue 116594 - Shape text disappears for some custom animation effects" might be something similar, I will check later.

Additional Info:
----------------
(a) Core of the problem is that custom animation "Teeter" changes Background color
and also Text color to the same "violet", so that text afterwards has the
same color as background and is invisible
(b) Elements (Shapes) without background filling are not affected
(c) Has nothing to with "Formula", more or less any object I tested is
    affected.
(d) Also a problem with LibO 4.2

Still to be tested:
-------------------
(m) also other custom animations affected?
(n) Issue 116594 related?
(o) when did this start?

More convincing sample document

See above how to use.
I obsolete unrelated attachments.
Comment 7 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-03-26 15:35:37 UTC
o): Already in OOo 3.1.1
Comment 8 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-03-26 15:55:30 UTC
m): Also with similar / same problems: Grow with color, Blast, Flicker,
   (may be others)

(e) I wonder why
(e1) "Teeter" needs a color effect?
(e2) Color selector in Sidebar is empty by default
(f) Yes, this one is concerning the same effect as "Issue 116594 - Shape text
disappears for some custom animation effects". I will mark that one as DUP
because we have more research here.

Comment 10 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-03-26 15:58:12 UTC
Oops:
(e) I wonder why "Teeter" needs a color setting if user only wants to
shake the object. We might have to check intentsions / intended
behavior for these effects, Help is not useful (tells nothing)
Comment 11 Armin Le Grand 2014-03-26 16:19:52 UTC
Created a test doc, saved as ppt, opened in MS PPT, Teeter stays and just does the 'waggling' of the object, no color change at all, thus I assume it's an error...
Comment 12 Rainer Bielefeld 2014-03-26 17:56:00 UTC
"Issue 119800 - Slideshow Custom animation: 'Emphasis color blend' ends with shape size filled blue rectangle" is not directly related, but shows effects in that area.
