build:

reproduce steps:
1)Create a new presentation
2)Create a new chart in any slide
3)Add Emphasis Animation effects for chart, Exciting->Blast or Moderate->Teeter
4)Press F5 to screen play
5)check animation play

defect:
Exciting->Blast and Moderate->Teeter can't work normally for chart

Can't work correct is a too rare description.

Still Reproducible with attached Sample document and server installation of "AOO 4.1.0-Beta – German UI / German locale - [AOO410m14(Build:9760)  -  Rev. 1573601 2014-03-03 17:47:48]" on German WIN7 Home Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.

Probably Dup of "Issue 124518 - Slideshow: Custom Effect "Teeter" additionally changes color of text and background filling"
