    Description

      Inspired by SOLR-10778, I'd like to cut down on the number of warnings flagged by IntelliJ while perusing the tests for Solr. Eventually we could think about extending our use of ecj to cover the test code as well as the primary src/java code.

      This is an umbrella JIRA, and as warnings are identified we'll add a sub task, which will give the community a chance to flag any warnings that we do NOT think should be resolved, that are actually not warnings. Then we'll merge to main, watch the Jenkins job, and then back port to 9.
