Remove unnecessary LevelDb write call in LeveldbConfigurationStore#confirmMutation.

 public void confirmMutation(boolean isValid) throws IOException {
    WriteBatch updateBatch = db.createWriteBatch();
    if (isValid) {
     .......
    }
    db.write(updateBatch);
}
