      Description

In Wicket 6, up to and including 6.3.0, the Application_no.properties file has mangled all the Norwegian special characters (æ,ø and å). Seems to be the only one of the Norwegian properties-files with problems, as far as I could tell.
Edit: Also, the file is in UTF-8-format, which doesn't work...

The original file as well as one with the proper characters attached

Haha... ALSO: the files are in UTF-8 encoding, which simply does not work... (Both the original and the "fixed" one are UTF-8).
I completely forgot that .properties files can't be UTF-8 and spent several hours trying to figure out why it didn't display correctly with UTF-8...

Yes, the .properties.xml format is preferred for languages which use non-ASCII characters.

The file is using unicode escapes now.

Perhaps you could take a look at WICKET-4890 for Norwegian too?
