Description

org.apache.struts:struts-core, org.apache.struts:struts-taglib, org.apache.struts:struts-tiles, sslext:sslext, commons-validator:commons-validator, and commons-chain:commons-chain dependencies all should be declared as optional dependencies in velocity-tools pom since they are not needed if one doesn't make use of VelocityStruts tools.
