[VCL-122] Reload reservations setting ending state for user request when it shouldn't

Description

The reload function is used to reload a node blade,vm, etc when ever a user is done with it. If for some reason the reload fails it sets the ending state of the users session to failed which is incorrect. This skews the stats to show more failed user reservations than there really is.
