Reservations insert log.ending = EOR when they shouldn't

    Description

      There are some problems in the backend code where the log table's ending column is being set to EOR when it shouldn't. I believe it may be setting this to EOR for some reload requests. EOR should only be set when a user makes a reservation and its end time is reached.
