Description

Because of sentiment-analysis-parser tika-parser end up with a tika-langdetect 1.13 dependency instead of 1.15.

To avoid this issue tika-parser should setup a <dependencyManagement> for tika-langdetect so that it overwrite the version declared in sentiment-analysis-parser.
