Windows NT
Description
I'm having a problem when using the svn client when it's trying to locate my local user configuration directory. I'm using a french version of Windows NT and my "Application Data" directory is named "Données d'Application" in french (the first 'e' in Donnees has an accent). Subversion seems to have a problem with the accent in the directory name. I'm getting the following output : D:\dev\tools\Subversion>svn co http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk svn svn: Invalid argument svn: Safe data: "C:\WINNT\Profiles\rioum\Donn" ... was followed by non-ascii byte 233. Non-ascii character detected (see above), and unable to convert to UTF-8. Is there a workaround to have this working ?
