Description

Some of the Python bindings to svn_mergeinfo.h no longer work (or never did). 
This is mostly due to the change to make APIs which operate on and return data
through a single one of their parameters (e.g. as both an input and output
parameter).  Example: svn_mergeinfo_merge()
