Description

Here's one for Chloe's Wall of Weird (sorry, bad Smallville TV show reference).

If I hand-edit the URL (in .svn/entries) associated with a directory entry such
that the URL uses some URI encoding that is unnecessary (such as encoding '@' as
'%40', or 'z' as '%7A'), some Subversion operations croak.
