Description

Chasing a test failure while backporting SOLR-11126 to branch 7x, I discovered that all the test failures fixed by Hoss in SOLR-11456 were lost when SOLR-11126 was committed even though Hoss had commented on the issue to remind us about them.

This issue will restore those lost fixes on the master and 8x branches.
