[SLING-5704] Move the deprecated testing/tools to contrib

Description

With SLING-5703 the testing/tools module should not be needed anymore.

My current plan is to wait a bit to double check that that refactoring and enhancement does not cause issues, and then move testing/tools to contrib and mark it deprecated.

Before moving it we need to check that no other module is using its snapshot, and/or probably make a last release of it if there have been significant changes since the last one.
