Rya Shell: expose more configuration to the user (flush/auths/visibility)

    Description

      Allow a user to specify more detailed configuration of shell behavior.

      This should either be performed on the Accumulo connection level or the Command level. Since the API is intended to be storage agnostic, it will likely need to be moved to the Accumulo connection level.

      New features:

      • Statement flushing behavior. (load-data --flushEachUpdate)
      • Specify custom visibilities (load-data --visibility "special")
      • Specify custom authorizations (sparql-query --auths "not special")
