[RYA-314] Update Rya Console

Description

The Rya console is out of date. There are a number of features that could be added such as the ability to add an RDF file (this underlying class is implemented, it just needs to be hooked in), the ability to issue SPARQL queries through the shell. In addition, there are a large number of additions to the Rya Fluo application that need to be incorporated into the console, such as the ability to create Periodic Queries and the ability to create Construct queries.
