YarnJobSubmissionClient doesn't return in some Yarn environment - hot fix

    Description

      In some Yarn environment, we noticed YarnJobSubmissionClient's main program reached to the last line at runtime but didn't return back to C# code, even drivers and evaluators were created successfully.
