Upgrade Calcite-Phoenix to Calcite 1.6

    Description

      Due to two big changes in Calcite 1.6, CALCITE-816 and CALCITE-794, at both interface and implementation level, there are a few regressions in existing Calcite-Phoenix tests. The causes have been identified and JIRAs have been filed accordingly, and we will make sure that the tests can be uncommented and pass eventually.
