Description

Currently JPA2LockManager is in openjpa-persistence module. Due to implementation, it extends PessimisticLockManager which is in openjpa-jdbc module. Since persistence should not (architectually) depends on jdbc module, the JPA2LockManager needs to be refactored to avoid such dependency.
