Description

javax.xml.bind is missing in the relocate patterns of the shade artifacts.

We seem to also be quite generous with other patterns not used in OpenJPA, so the PR also includes some clean ups.

 

Adding as well jakarta exceptions because some packages were excluded from the javax --> jakarta namespace change.
