Introduced with OPENJPA-2631.

Exception:
Caused by: java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException
at org.apache.openjpa.jdbc.meta.ClassMapping.toDataStoreValue(ClassMapping.java:272)
at org.apache.openjpa.jdbc.kernel.exps.CollectionParam.calculateValue(CollectionParam.java:174)
