Description

We need to

• update the JavaDoc site for trunk to say 'OpenJPA 3.0.0 in process JPA-2.1 work'
• create a new buildbot for branches/2.4.x
• create a new site entry for 2.4.x

We should also probably say anything about the JPA-2.1 work on our homepage? Something like updating the news section?
