Recover if connectionFactory on EntityManagerFactory is invalid but cf on EntityManager is valid.

    Description

      The code changes for OPENJPA-1551 require a valid JNDI name to be available for the EntityManagerFactory, we should be able to recover if the EMF has a bad JNDI location but the EM has a valid one.
