Executing a named query with a lock mode greater than NONE throws the wrong exception

    Description

      The test org.apache.openjpa.persistence.lockmgr.TestNamedQueryLockMode.testNamedQueryWithLockModeMustExecuteInTransaction() exhibits the behavior that I'm reporting. The test currently has an @AllowFailure annotation that needs to be removed when the run time is fixed.
