A message is logged about dynamically loading the class enhancer even though I'm using the -javaagent

      Description

      When using the -javaagent enhancer, I see a message about OpenJPA dynamically loading the class enhancer.

      INFO [main] openjpa.Runtime - OpenJPA dynamically loaded the class enhancer. Any classes that were not enhanced at build time will be enhanced when the are loaded by the JVM.

          Changed the logic in PCEnhancerAgent so that loadDynamicAgent will return true ONLY when the enhancer is dynamically invoked. This will ensure that the "OpenJPA dynamically loaded the class..." message is logged appropriately.
