[NIFI-7330] TLS Toolkit does not populate load balance host or host header allow list

Description

The TLS Toolkit does not populate nifi.web.proxy.host or nifi.cluster.load.balance.host when updating the nifi.properties file. The provided hostname should be populated in both properties.

The template nifi.properties used if no source file is specified in the command should be updated to the most recent version from NiFi's resources directory.
