Description

The link points to http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/mesos-developers-guide, which is no longer valid after https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-2581.

I tried to provide a patch, but didn't find the source for the website. The docs folder of mesos source code only has the content for http://mesos.apache.org/documentation/latest/.
