[MDEPLOY-249] fix altDeploymentRepository format documentation: no more layout

Description

in MDEPLOY-207, the layout part of the format was removed: but it is kept in the javadoc "Format: id::layout::url", even if a notice says "Note: Since 3.0.0 the layout part has been removed."
this is confusing
it'll be more clear to say "Format: id::url " and as a note that in previous version, there was a layout field
