    Description

      Testing SymbolicLinkFileFilter on Windows has a unique challenge. Windows requires admin privileges to create symbolic links, which can't be done in a unit test run  on Windows. The unit test needs to create symbolic links, but override the behavior on Windows Only. And it needs to run seamlessly on any platform. (This is doable.)
