[IO-789] SymbolicLinkFileFilter accepts all files, not just symbolic links

Description

SymbolicLinkFileFilter is underwritten. When used as a FileFilter or FileName filter, it passes all files, not just Symbolic Links. As a PathFilter, it works fine.
The failing method is this:

public boolean accept(final File file)
