Description

The SORTBY() hint (IMPALA-4163) did not make it in 2.8.0. We need to remove it from the list of new features.

It will also be replaced by adding a SORT BY sql clause (IMPALA-4166, IMPALA-5144), so we'll have to update the docs again once those make it in.
