Remove sortby() query hint

          Description

          IMPALA-4166 will introduce a new "SORT BY (...)" SQL clause which will supersede the 'sortby()' hint. We have to remove the 'sortby()' hint once work on IMPALA-4166 has been completed.

              IMPALA-5144: Remove sortby() hint

              The sortby() hint is superseded by the SORT BY SQL clause, which has
              been introduced in IMPALA-4166. This changes removes the hint.
