Description

Use Case

After starting up and activating grid user may start more brand-new nodes that are enabled to join the grid.
However, these nodes must remain in the inactive state. Otherwise, partitions may be rebalanced to them and on the next grid restart, an auto-activation feature will lead to some data being unavailable.
