Description

Motivation

Unit tests, along with integration tests from DistributionZoneManager must work for HA zones in case when we do not loose majority. Behaviour must be the same as for SC zones.

Definition of done

Under this issue we need to try HA mode in all zones' tests and:

• Prepare the list of issues, if any.
• Prepare the list of tests, which use HA mode together with SC.
