Description

The following tests are incorrectly muted:

• GridCacheSetAbstractSelfTest#_testMultipleStructuresInDifferentGroups
  This test was muted long ago and currently passes, needs to be unmuted (commit d6c64a8).

• TcpDiscoveryMultiThreadedTest#_testCustomEventNodeRestart
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10249
  Note git history refers IGNITE-3418, commit a5e965e

• ServiceDeploymentOnActivationTest#_testClientsStaticConfigWithoutPersistence
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-8279

• RendezvousAffinityFunctionSimpleBenchmark#_testAffinityCompatibility
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10191

• OptimizedMarshallerTest#_testAllocationOverflow
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10192

• IgniteBaselineAffinityTopologyActivationTest#_testBaselineTopologyHistoryIsDeletedOnBaselineDelete
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10193

• IgniteDbPutGetAbstractTest#_testRandomPutGetRemove
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10197

• TcpDiscoveryMultiThreadedTest#_testCustomEventOnJoinCoordinatorStop
  Test name should be corrected, it needs to be failed and muted per IGNITE-10198
