[HOP-2429] When using "workflow executor" the metadata is not loaded correctly

Description

use attached project to replicate the bug.
Uses a local postgresql conneciton do not forget to add user/password

when executing b2c-findAllSchemas-configTables.hpl it will say

 createTable - ERROR: No database connection is defined.

seems like the project metadata is not loaded making the database conneciton invalid.
when running the workflow standalone it works.
