[HOP-2136] Options: Font size changes are not honored

Description

Since Hop does not scale well on highres screens on Windows (Server 2008 or Windows10/64, I will open another issue for that) I wanted to try to change font size in the options.

Tools -> Options -> Look & Feel

I did set fixed width, workspace and notes fonts from 9 points to 11 points. There were no immediate changes to be seen, so I assumed that I have to restart Hop. I did that and nothing had changed. When visting options again I noted that only the fixed wiidth font still is on 11 point, workspace and notes fonts reverted to 9.

Versions I tried were 0.3.0 stable and 0.40-20201028.102851
