[HOP-2790] More Zoom values for icon size/canvas

Description

At the moment I only have a limited number of zoom levels for the canvas. On a 4K monitor 100% is too small and 150% is too big (see the related Windows scaling bug). I am not able to select a free value in between.

It would be preferable to do this via hotkeys, for example [CTRL][+] (bigger) [CTRL][-] (smaller) and the ability to have more values in the zoom dropdown and to enter a value into the zoom dropdown manually.
