Maven pom reverts hadoop 23 version to 2.0.5-alpha

    Description

      Before merge it was 2.1.0-beta. 2.0.5-alpha definitely won't work because of the protobuf upgrade.

      Since 2.2.0 has been released we should probably just move to that.
