[HIVE-25966] Align HiveRelMdPredicates getPredicates() for Project with RelMdPredicates

Description

The forked version of HiveRelMdPredicates::getPredicates(Projection ...) should be aligned with the current version of RelMdPredicates in order to facilitate dropping it in a later step (the difference at the moment is for the visitor used to identify constants, which behaves slightly different between the two).

The ticket aims at refactoring the method to bring it close to the current version in Calcite.
